Oberheim OB-Xa "Memory Liberator" memory upgrade module

The vintage Oberheim OB-Xa usually requires an out-of-production 6116/5117 16k RAM chip to hold program memory and requires a lithium backup battery. Our Memory Liberator battery eliminator module replaces this chip with the modern ferroelectric RAM chip housed on our board and eliminates the need for a battery.

Our OB-Xa Memory Liberator simply consists of our one-for-one drop in replacement 6116 retrofit and requires no soldering to install.
