Description
The Moog Memorymoog relies on one of the biggest and stupidest batteries of any vintage synth, and 3 or 4 aging RAM chips, to store its program (patch) memory. The Bell Tone Synth Works Memorymoog “Memory Liberator” has custom-designed assigning logic to allow all of that nonsense to be replacee with a single ferroelectric RAM chip that can hold its memory for decades with no need for battery backup. This retrofit plugs into one of the sockets vacated by the old RAM chips but does require soldering of 3 wires to install.
